Terms of service

Hiveminder is in early access. By creating an account you agree to use the service responsibly and accept that things will occasionally break, change, or improve.

• You're responsible for the content you upload (notes, photos, AI prompts). Don't use Hiveminder for anything illegal or that violates other people's rights.
• The AI co-keeper is informational only. It is not a substitute for professional advice from a vet, extension agent, or local mentor for serious diagnoses.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service (spam, attacks on our infrastructure, harassment of other keepers in shared apiaries).
• The service is provided as-is during early access. We don't guarantee uptime, data permanence, or feature stability — though we work hard to provide all three.

We'll publish a formal terms document before opening paid features. Until then, this short version is what we operate by.
